At this time we are unable to accept returns, however a store credit or exchange can be arranged in certain cases. Please note that shipping and return shipping are not reimbursed. Please read the descriptions carefully upon placing you order, vintage pieces are sold 'as is' and may be slightly flawed which adds to their character. I thoroughly inspect each consignment and vintage piece to ensure everything is in excellent pre-loved condition, however there is always room for human error in relation to pre owned goods. If you order is not in the condition you were expecting than don't be afraid to let me know. SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND PICK UP
Q: WHERE DO WE SHIP?
A: We ship within Canada and the US. We use Canada Post regular shipping (1-7 business days) unless otherwise specified by the buyer.
Q: WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?
A: Shipping from our location to an address within B.C. is a flat rate of $10. Shipping across the rest of Canada and the US is a flat rate of $15. Something to note is that the shipping rate is the same no matter how many items you order .
Q:WHERE DO I DELIVER?
A: I deliver within the greater Vancouver area and North Vancouver. Local delivery is a flat rate of $5. You will be contacted via email to set up a specific delivery day & time.
Q:WHERE IS PICK UP?
If you choose the free local pick up option your order will be available at your requested day and time. The location is in East Vancouver, the address is: 2484 East 2nd avenue (the corner of East 2nd & Kamloops street).
Q:HOW SAFE IS IT TO ORDER ONLINE?
A: Transactions are made through the Shopify website via PayPal. This is a third party site that handles the exchange of money.
Q:WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
A: We accept credit card and debit transactions through PayPal. Cash or E transfer may be accepted in certain cases but buying from the website is preferred.
Q: CAN I USE MY EXISTING PAYPAL ACCOUNT?
A: Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a Paypal account is needed in order to make payments through Paypal. The truth is you DO NOT need one, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use.
Without a Paypal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card stated below that is supported by Paypal.

A: We donate unsold merchandise to the SheWay located in the Downtown Eastside of Vancouver. SheWay serves the complex health and social needs of pregnant and parenting women in this community.
